Misfit Path, a minimalist hybrid smartwatch announced by Misfit earlier this year, is now available for purchase.
The device, which holds the title of company’s “most fashion-forward hybrid”, was previewed at Consumer Electronic Show 2018 in January.
Misfit Path is on sale at company’s website for $149.99. The California-based firm is offering a 25 percent discount on the product in US and Australia until May 13 using a discount code which could be found at the store.
This means, and the users from these countries will have to pay $112.49 instead of $149.99 to get the wearable.
Misfit Path, one of the world’s smallest hybrid smartwatches, allows the users to track steps, calories burned, distance travelled and sleep duration
Misfit Path, the smallest watch to date from the company at 38 millimetres, is backed by a coin battery which lasts for up to 150 days. It is also water-resistant up to 50 meters.
The watch allows the users to track steps, calories burned, distance travelled and sleep duration, with all the data being synced to Misfit’s mobile app.
It also notifies you about calls, texts and emails and app notifications and also lets you create vibration alarms and movement reminders.
Misfit Path, however, lacks a built-in feature heart rate sensor, which is an integral component of Apple Watch and other popular smartwatches today.
It can pair with smartphones over Bluetooth but does not feature a touchscreen.
The device also has a smart button which allows the users to take photos, play music and ring the connected smartphone right from their wrist.
Misfit Path is available in four colours – Stainless Steel, Gold Tone, Rose Tone, and Stainless Steel with Gold Tone Accent. A wide range of 16mm straps is also available.
