Apple posted net profit of $11.1 billion in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2015, up from $8.5 billion it reported in the same period a year ago.
Apple CEO Tim Cook described 2015 ‘the most successful year ever’, saying that the revenue has grown 28 percent to take company’s reserves to $234 billion.
“This continued success is the result of our commitment to making the best, most innovative products on earth, and it’s a testament to the tremendous execution by our teams,” he added.
