Amazon Inc today said that it shipped more than five billion items worldwide through its Prime service in 2017.
The online retailer has revealed the shipment numbers of its subscription-based service for the first time since its inception in 2009.
According to the Seattle, Washington based company, voice service Echo Dot and Fire TV Stick were two of its best-selling products among the Prime members in the US.
Amazon Prime is available in sixteen countries including Singapore, Netherlands, Mexico and Luxembourg.
